What is the production time?

  • It takes 3 business days to produce 1-4 flags. Shipping can take 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

What is the difference between the Pre-Curved Pole Kit and the Flexible Pole Kit?

  • Both pole kits are going to look and do the same thing (the flexible tip bends to the shape of your flag). The biggest difference is the flexible tip pole kit will fit in our travel bags while the pre-curved will not. 

What is the difference between single or double-sided flag?

  • The double-sided flags are two flags sewn together with a black mesh in the middle. This ensures that the design won’t shine through to the other side.

  • The single-sided flags are just one flag. You will be able to see the design from the other side, it will just appear reversed and a little lighter. (Think about writing on a piece of paper with a Sharpie and how it looks on the other side).

Can I get rush shipping?

  • Yes, we do offer rush shipping. To do so, you have to send us an email at Sales@featherflagnation.ca Please include your complete shipping address, the items you need and quantity, and the date needed by. You will hear back the same day if the order is placed within business hours. 

  • We also offer rush production for an additional cost. Cost is determined upon what it is your ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them done. Email your designer for more information.

Do your products have a warranty?

  • Our products do not come with any warranty. Because these are intended to be used outdoors, it is hard to predict what may happen. The better you take care of your flags, the longer they’ll last. We suggest bringing them inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy.

    Can I rush the production time?

    • Yes, we do offer rush production. Cost is determined upon what it is your ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them done. Email your designer for more information.

    • We can also do rush shipping. To do so, you have to send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com. Please include your complete shipping address, the items you need and quantity, and the date needed by. You will hear back the same day if the order is placed within business hours. 

      Can I return a custom item?

      • No, we do not offer any returns or refunds for custom items. 

      How do I make an exchange or return?

      • You can return and exchange IN-STOCK, UNUSED & UNOPENED items within 15 business days of receiving them. You will have to pay to ship the item back to FFN. A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply. 

      What mounting hardware do I need?

      • For our feather flag kits, we offer two types of mounting hardware. You can get either the ground spike or the cross base. 

      • The ground spike is used for outdoor areas with grass or dirt. The spike can easily be pushed into the ground, and the poles will go inside of the spike.

      • The cross base can be used in or outdoors. It works best on flat surfaces such as concrete or indoor flooring. 

        What is the SKU number?

        • The SKU number is our products’ item numbers. They usually start with FFN or NSH followed by 4-5 numbers. You can find it on the product page, towards the top, above the name of the flag.
